Give this a try, as it’ll be pretty easy for you and probably amusing:
Write a poem.
The first line contains 4 words.
The second line contains 3 words.
The third line contains 2 words.
The fourth line contains 1 word.
The last word on each line must rhyme. So all 4 last words must rhyme.
So, there are a total of 10 words, right, and there’s a simple structure to it. Try to make it thematic, but even that’s not necessary.
I’ll name it “The Noggle Poem”
Generative AI can “learn” (or recite) these rules. It cannot produce a poem that conforms to the rules.
I’ve tested extensively. I’ve fed the rules to #bard, #chatgpt, #claude -example Noggle poems. Results are humorous. Awful.
In many topic areas and with solid prompt boundaries, #generativeai performs in splendid manner. It doesn’t seem to have been trained here.
Or I’m terrible at prompts. I don’t think so, but I’ll take a course or two to be sure.
